Cant mine Iron

Hi!
My problem is that i cant mine iron or above or use a iron pick.
I have mined cole & cobble so im am above lvl 80 in mining & still cant mine iron.
If i get inventory & click on the button to the left to use the ordinary lvl points to lvl up the different aspects the window will CLOSE.
I have tried the factionserver & there the the window of the different aspects doesnt close.
I have also tried to use Tekkit launcher to see if its getting better...
I have also logged in at my daughters computer & account so see if its the same...
I have played RLcraft offline for a while so i know how it runs.
This is the first server online with this modpack so i guess there is some changes...
Im using a stone pickaxe, im stuck there & cant advance...

Please help!

Hey! Unfortunately, none of our servers actually host RLCraft. Our FTB servers used to have the pack as a live server but it was retired a while ago; this is probably why you're experiencing problems running the modpack on our server.
