Plugins for Survival Server

So basically as the title states, i want to know what sort of plugins on the survival server especially the claim one, since i wish for my friend to add it to her server and it would be a lovely alternative then the old school claiming with a golden shovel and whatnot, it would make it easier and for neater claims and whatnot. so i would appreciate any info about it just the name would even suffice. hmmm only time will tell, maybe the admins or anyone with access to it will know, if someone doesnt ask then ill be the first
