Skyblock Island Stuck on Lvl 2

Hi, I have completed the lvl 1 farming milestone goal for the lvl 3 island unlock but my island hasn't levelled up, I've tried looking around and I seem to have everything in order in terms of the requirement for the level 3 island but it just seems to not want to level up from island lvl 2 to island lvl 3. I have attached screenshots that show that the island is currently level 2 meaning i have completed the previously required mining milestone and the other screenshots show that i am currently on the level 2 farming milestone which is used to unlock level 8 island meaning that the level 1 farming milestone is completed which is required for the level 3 island upgrade. I have also attached a screenshot from the island level window which shows the requirement has been met but the island still does not upgrade, not sure what to do atm.

Little late - would recommend making sure you claimed rewards for achieving the island milestone and then waiting (30 mins) to see if your island upgraded. If it didn't, you can always open a ticket for staff intervention.
