Floating in air, unable to go up or down (Terra Nova server)

I'm back again.... On the FTB Terra Nova server, my newest issue is that ever since I was attacked and killed by a cockatrice, I am stuck floating, unable to go up or down. I just float permanently! :/ I have tried logging off the server, getting killed by the cockatrice again (he was camping my doorway for awhile) and even deleting the Twitch launcher profile and re-downloading and re-installing the Terra Nova modpack. I'm still stuck, floating at ground height without the ability to descend stairs or jump or do anything other than float in a straight line, even off a cliff, I just float in mid-air. Any help would be very appreciated! Thank you!

What you need to do is go into a mana pool, Also what I would suggest is that you make tickets on the discord to get faster assistance instead of making forum posts.

I am on now. Cockatrice is back outside my door though lol. He killed me, but he seems to be gone now, so I'll try to just hang out on the server until you log back on.

You probably died in a mana pool and since you died in it, you just float
