I cant craft pokeballs

Pokeballs dont show up in the crafting menu and I also just cant craft them.

Hey there, you're correct in the fact they don't show up in JEI however they are still indeed able to be crafted. The following link is the Pixelmon Wiki, and it has all the crafting recipes there so you can verify if you're using the correct materials or not as well as the general process in which they're crafted.
