how do i use a papyrus clue scroll

i have a papyrus clue scroll that i think i figured out but dont know how to complete it

Some of them are straight forward, like "kill 20 hoglins" where as others, like this one for example, are more of a riddle. Hi im doing the last task for one of the scrolls and im on the fishing one where we need to catch 10 btu when i catch one it does not count it what should i do
